Idea 3G online recharge. Review on Idea Mobile Operator

I don't know why people do not believe on fact, who have already face and person is giving alert to other people not to happen with others, but I don't know why people do not understand, if any body knows please explains me?

This is an incident happened with me yesterday .

I came from office to my friends glass plywood and hardware shop where he was asking information on idea 3G recharge amount and he went to mobile for inquiry for the same .While chatting with him, I opened my laptop and searched in Google for 3g plan because I usually recharge online. I told him to try online recharge and on behalf of him did online Recharge of Rs 251 for 3G service but instead of Rs.251, Rs. 269 was deducted.

At last I got know after the payment that Rs. 18 is deducted for internet charges and  ho-bless part is from bank I got conformation that transaction is completed but  my friend did not get any kind of conformation from idea and nor recharge was successful.

My Question to the Idea company.

Who will give my money back with interest according to the govt norms as even they have taken internet charges from me?

And if the company is not ready to pay me, I will go to the consumer court and I will tell other people as well to whom this company have cheated. I will start posting on social networks and I will start running camping.

I would request all people to who have been cheated to join me in closing companies like this.
