I have initially made a PREPAID MOBILE RECHARGE through ICICI netbanking on 20/10/2011 for 201.00 which is unsuccessful.
I got mu money back and got a message from Idea saying Valid denominations for this recharge are 55, 100, 200, 333.etc.Then I recharged with 200 as it is a valid denomination .
My recharge was succesfull but my prepaid a/c bal did not increase.I spoke to Idea CC .They clarified that it is for 3G serives and they cannot either give my balance to prepaid or recharge for 201.
Raised a complaint with IDEA.Initially they responsed postiively, but after some time they called me back saying the same thing that they cannot help and avised me too geo to nearest servie center to show the message I got.
I went to nearestshow roombut they said they are help less.Idea CC exectuives are not even responding to my calls after that. But major problem is that 3g service not available in my village so I just want only 3g not 4g just 3g in my village.
