I have brought Idea sim in 2014.i got good benefit like call charges, Internet offer Etc.After 6 months power got expired along with that I don't know some how 1 Vas pack got activated.and I didn't get any massage from Idea about Power and Vas pack.their deduct 30 rs balance from my account without any information.then I called their toll free help line number.they are said I can not you sir.you need to call within 24 hrs after deduction balance.i'm very upset for their service.and I told to them ok just deactivated my Vas pack whatever have.he didn't help me.and I hang up the call. after that I never use that sim IDEA.
i'm not happy with their service.i leave from Idea.
Friends before you purchased Idea sim please check my review once.otherwise you also get same reply from their side.Thanks.
