I am using idea for a round 4-5 years .do call rate of Idea is very high but the sound quality is very good and there is no time lag in the call.
The negative point of Idea was that they will reduce your money without asking you by activating any pack. The Other best part of Idea was that you will get a strong signal anywhere you go. The best part I like was you don't have to wait in call like other operators. As soon as you call, ring will bell at other side:)
It would be great if the idea will reduce its tariff of SMS, data plans and the call rates.
