Never go for IDEA Post paid Connection. I was using an IDEA Prepaid connection XXXXXXX626. I converted it to Postpaid, Since then they always sending Wrong Bill, if you go their Outlet their Customer Service response also not Good.
I Got an bill of 675/- and I paid 500/- Still they discontinued my Outgoings. I called helpdesk and Logged a ticket then after 7-8 days they resume the service and admit their Mistake..
never... never.. never User IDEA Post Paid connection.
