Recently I faced many problems with idea

I was having an airtel number which I ported to idea prepaid.i visited Nehru place idea center in Delhi.the representative took my document and asked me to pay up to a certain amount, which will be recharged after the porting is completed.
but on the day of porting there was no recharge or anything and my balanced showed 0.02 I waited and then visited the service center where they have not even processed the recharge .i asked them to do the recharge now they refused and talked to me very rudely.
there is a lot of connectivity issues also with the idea.
lot of connectivity issue was being faced by me on my number 98919194##.the same is being communicated to the service provider via email communication.the representative called and asked me to do some settings changes and assured the issue will get resolved, but unfortunately nothing worked.despite of multiple emails no one is taking care of issue, every time the update is that our representative tried calling you but couldn't reach.
worst idea issues that I faced are listed below:

3.very slow internet speed
