Idea is one of the leading network in India.They are the worst also.Idea gives no value to their customers.They simple deduce the balance for no reason.Sometimes they starts value added services by themselves
The facts I don't like about idea
1-They have the costliest plans and tariffs
2-They loots away users balance for no reason.
3-They are getting slow and services are getting poor.
4-They are not trustworthy as the customer care services don't help you other than waste your time.
