Network coverage is gook in cities but once you go in rural areas signals get very low. My father uses idea and he travels to our village every day. There network reception ( of internet) is very low but still better than airtel and other operators. Thats the reason to not port out.
Call rates and data rates seem to be fair now because of JIO entering the market. But before JIO they were just ridicoulosly high.
I liked customer care service of idea because whenever I had a complaint it was resolved quickly. They also refunded my money many times because of wrong service activations.
