I have been using idea prepaid sim from last 3 years. It's working good first 1-2 years but after that I had faced trouble with it's network which is always down and not in range.
Theire customer service is also not good as other network provider, from last 1-2 years theire customer service getting poor and poor.
I usually using prepaid simcard and theire calling charges are high. My friend used postpaid simcard and his bill coming with always high number which are trouble for him and he is not a very use this simcard for calling and internet. For postpaid user theire billing charges is always high.
