Idea cellular not up to their level of advertisement in the real markt.
coverage is poor
charging more if a customer is in ICR(Rental) tower
Having no idea of bringing own tower in ICR region
In Tamil Nadu this idea cellular is not having wide coverage with their own tower. With the help of ICR(RENTAL) Tower they are giving coverage to their customers like me. Now for paying the rent to the ICR tower user they have slightly increased the outgoing rates in Rs.14, Rs.53 Top up packs. I feel this is not good in this competitive market showing the partiality in outgoing rates for customer using ideas own tower and ICR tower, where as the customers in ICR towers are charged more.
