Very very very poor service. Review on Idea Mobile Operator

I started using my first telecom services from idea cellular. I used it for almost one & half years.

Then I realized that dropping of call is not a simple issue. Mind it I was working in Delhi NCR in the year 2005.

That time MNP was not introduced so any which ways I continued with idea coz I don't want to change my my number.

I used to get internet in my office so connectivity was not an issue at that time.

Then I started to work from home and I used idea for internet and believe me the speed of the internet was so poor that that you have use it to believe it.

Then new problem started to come up they suddenly started to deduct my main balance.

I came to know about it as I frequently got messages that I have selected so & so ring tone and thats why Rs. 15/- has been deducted.

I called their customer services and they lied bluntly that "Sir, you have made a choice to select the caller tone."

I was shocked to hear the same thing even from the floor manager.

Any ways I continued with idea but later I switched from it and shifted to vodafone.

I will give rating in minus to idea cellular for everything they have to give to the customer.
