Whenever I go home it's network goes and I had to switch room just because of its network issue. They did not provide enough data for the internet according to the price .and I whenever I call their customer service they just provide me incorrect information about my billing and I had to pay extra for that . I never understand their billing cycle and they do make lot of excuses for the high amount . I can not trust idea anymore I have to change my Number otherwise I had to face such problems
