I am user of idea past 10 years
-Network
-First of all it's network quality is good and it's call quality is too.Idea catches network almost anywhere in india but in village side possible netwok issues.am uses idea past 10 years and am happy with it's network quality and call quality.
-Good network coverage
-almost all over in india
-Customer
-Customer service is very good when I try to call customer just dial 198 and pres 4 and then my call directed to customer support
-i am happy to speak with customer care
-Charges And Billing
-One thing is bad with idea it's charges is too high almost all plans
-Too high rates of STV
-There is no good plans for STD Calling
