Bill for my mobile(No 9702885365) for Rs 300.11 and due for payment on 27/12/2015 paid from my account 123201501123 with ICICI Bank, Saibaba Nagar, Mumbai paid on 15/12/2015 through internet banking. But it seems from the numerous messages received it seems that this payment has not been credited to my account. UTR No 882986896 dated 15/12/2015. IFS Code of Bank ICIC0001232.
Please investigate and advise the status urgently as I am receiving messages threatening disconnection.
