I have a idea connection last 8 years. till date I have no problem but when I convert my sim to 4g connection I am facing some problem. main problem of network of 4g. tower is less then 2g. internet speed of 4g is good but when I call from my 4g sim I cannot feel comfort because of low network. then I purchase a second sim of other company with 4g which is running good with call or internet. charges and billing system of idea is very good customer service is also good. only network coverage of 4g is low now.
