I would really like to share my poor experience with IDEA CUS. CARE although I am a SELECT PRIVILEGED MEMBER. Today I had conversation with IDEA CUSTOMER CARE regarding my bill of May 13. It is really shocking to see Rs 298 had been added in my bill as GPRS use charge although Rs 399 Unlimited Blackberry plan is activated on my number.
When I asked these guys about this they had excuses and poor resolution. Is this acceptable that with unlimited plan, I still have to pay Rs 298 as GPRS use charge ??? Before activating my so called unlimited plan I had clearly asked their guys that is it unlimited and their reply was that its completely unlimited plan I think to shift to some better options as these guys seems to be least interested to carry on with their esteemed customers.Their poor system will be completely responsible for my move on with some other network.
