Hello everyone I have used idea sim card few month back and the bad part of this sim is network,
network of this telecom company is very bad as per my view because I have used this sim card from last few month back and I really heats about Idea 4G network I was using this sim but till now I have not receive 4g signals and even in 3g the internet is so much slow its just like I am using 2g services.
customer service is worst because I have called idea for some information and they just say that sir this is against our policy and they transfer the call to his senior even senior not help me.then after I finely decided to port my number.
charges and billings is too much high, even all the operators decreases their plans but this telecom not decreasing so do not buy it .
