I have applied for a postpaid connection in Hyderabad as my area was having only Idea coverage. My plight or fight started from there. The customer service (call centre) is hopeless. There is no relation between its dealers & Idea cellular and dealers can easily cheat you.
Activation of SIM will not happen unless you follow-up. The Idea cellular website is down most of the time. (and how can they give a reliable internet)!
Customer care emails are not attended at all by Idea Cellular & You cannot get the numbers of any officials working in the Idea Cellular office. Idea will spoil the name of Aditya Birla Group!
AlsoI feel Abhishek Bachchan also cheated us through advertisements....by endorsing a substandard entity!
