I have been using 97431*737 since 2010. One of the worst service provider in India, I requested for a SIM change and to my shock they have deactivated the internet service. The Customer Care reps don't have a clue about what they talk and do.They sound as if they are doing a charity to the customer.
I RECOMMEND ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY NOT TO USE IDEA SERVICES EVER IN THEIR LIFE.
