I bought a post paid connection from Idea Punjab. for few months it was fine I was on 399 monthly plan where I was getting 900 mins, 500 sms and 1 gb 2g internet and then idea launched there 3g services in Punjab. my bill never exceeded more then 600-700 rs a month.
But after there launch of 3G my bill never came less then 5500/- per month and when I checked my bill every time I browser or do something on net they charged me twice one on the basis of my rental plan and second as per 3G plan. I dont know what they did this happened first time Idea told me that they will rectify this issue and asked me to pay my normal rental.
Which I did but it happens on 2nd 3rd and 4th month as well every time bill was more then 5500/- and when I told them to disconnect my connection they started saying to pay the entire bill of around 6000/- rs when I conveyed what was happening from past couple of month they refused and said they had rectified it. at last when I approached a lawyer at consumer form they agreed to disconnect my services and charged me with the correct amount.
