Hi, I had ported my sim from Airtel to Idea 2months back as I was not happy with Airtel internet data connectivity
But now after using Idea for 2 months its the same network issue with Idea also and its even worse than my previous.
In some places the connectivity is ok but in most of the areas its really worse.i cant able to browse or use U tube since the network is so bad.
And before porting the Idea executive told that they are offering 349 plan inclusive of all taxes but after I got my first month bill I was shocked as they have charged all applicable taxes, when I checked with customer care they were telling there is no such offer in Idea.this is how they are cheating customers.
I had one more bitter experience this month, as I had a overdue of ₹150 with my old network provider i.e Airtel and I had paid that through online, even though my outgoing calls were banned without any intimation. I really got frustrated and called the cc and they mentioned hell a lot of procedures which killed my 4hours of valuable time and the next day it was withdrawn.
This is how Idea people behave after u get enrolled to their network.they dont even have some ethics and values to customers.
