Idea telecommunication company is run by Aditya Birla Group. I'm currently using the idea prepaid services. However, the network connectivity of idea operator is good but if you want to continue the idea services, you have to recharge idea number every single month for keep your number safe with or without using the services from them. If you didn't recharge your number every month they sends you a message for recharge of minimum 35/- INR in order to keep the idea number. that mean's you have to recharge at least 35/- INR every single month for nothing. One more problem with the idea internet connectivity is that when you using 4G internet the internet connection automatically switching between 3G and 4G. Consequently, the service will automatically disconnect from internet for a moment, that affects the valuable work which requires the continuous network. That's the main reason I'm thinking to move on another network.
