Well I would like to share my personal experience
like a year ago I am using idea network without facing any problem
but then suddenly dont know what happen
sometime call disconnect automatically
sometime my internet goes worst or not working
and when I call customer care service they put my call on
hold for around 20-30 minutes they dont get ready to help me
they talk with me like I am their servant.
then I switch to vodafone.
my pesonal opinion is that
idea network is bad.
