I have been ising Idea as my mobile network past 4 years now. As you all know its the 4 G age but I have been quite unfortunate sticking to 3 G since 2 years.
I have contacted the customer care and from past 2 years for every phone call I make, I have been charged and they keep telling my sim for 4G network has been dispatched and is about to reach soon. but there hasnt been any courier frim Idea except for bills ( recentlyI have opted on e bills only) .
when I visited the idea showroom they are not ready to issue the sim saying you will be receiving it by courier.
I am so dissappointed with this service! I an planning to change my mobile operator soon
