If you talking about idea, their network is very poor quality, they do not have their network at all, such as in villages, in some areas of the city and especially during travell. the internet runs a lot of slows. If yo talk about customer service it's ok but not well, if you do not the use network for a one week you got a message from the customer service that " your simcard can will be stopped by not using the idea network." this is not well.
If talking about charges and billing, then it is very expensive, call rates are very high and data packs do not talk about them, their prices are very expensive, roming charges charge to much.
