I am using idea since last one and half year. When i took the plan the so called idea exec told about bla bla. After the payment of one year subscription charges (which was mandatory) the real color started to come out. Started saying that the plan does not exist, after a long battle (which was inevitable to use my money) they agreed to accept some part of the plan. A
ny way i used it for one year. Afterwards some idea person called and asked to continue for one more year with same plan. I agreed, and continued to get it for some more months. Suddenly they increased the charges. Now they don't recognize their own executive who talked to me. Now its a liability on me to use it for one more year or take some new service provider.So anyone taking idea cellular connection beware of the company and don't believe on them
