Today I am here to write about idea. All the things are good but in every two to three months these people deducted balances in the name of vas which are never been activated by me and never refund my money.
So can any one help me in issue on how to tackle these people. The customer care puts all the blame on my side, so how can file a case on them?
How can my mobile be checked to show that the fault is from the companies side?
