I have been using IDEA network from 5 years I trusted only on this network for calling & Internet.
At initial stage I was using prepaid service but as the good experience with network I shifted to postpaid plan due to they provide me best rental plan.
As talking about network first I have SIM of other network which has no network in my native place even in my bedroom area & also facing call drop problem but with IDEA network I solve my all the issue which I faced with previous SIM network.
Idea gives me a better postpaid plan which suits my monthly calling & DATA usage. They intimate me if they have a better rental plans.
Also have a easy online steps to pay bill online or recharge prepaid mobile.
IDEA Website also shows clear picture of offer they provide.
IDEA has a transparency regarding which billing usage, with providing a itemized monthly bill.
As I am experienced till date they have not charged me any extra amount for service which I am not used.
I just say that this is a best network which I experienced till date.
