I hate this network mainly postpaid. Poor customer care services, no response for email. I have lost my idea sim, so I told them to deactivate my sim through mobile & by sending email. But no response from their side.
After 4 months they suddenly mailed to my personal email like if u will not pay the outstanding amount then we will take the legal action through the court like that. Finally I paid the amount and deactivated the sim.
Seriously its a poor network for use.
