I committed the ultimate sin of subscribing to Idea's cellular service at Jabalpur in December last year under the corporate offer. I was unable to make any STD calls on the network for most times during the day.
What added to my woes was billing problems. Despite an agreement of no interim billing, Idea suspended services on the phone after giving us two days to pay the unbilled amount. We finally decided to give up the connection on January 13th and gave the necessary letter and SIM card to them.
However, Idea still haunts me with a fresh bill every month for a non existent collection and customer service is of no help at all
If you take my advise - avoid this Idea
