Idea Cellular is the best operator in town. Review on Idea Mobile Operator

I recently purchased the IDEA CELLULAR CHIT-CHAT CARD (their brand-name for a prepaid mobile SIM card) in Pune and have been amazed by the world-class technology provided by the network. I reside at the periphery of Pune where almost no other operator is within the network range, but in case of Idea, my hats off to them! The signal is quite strong even at the remote location, and even inside rooms there is no interference. I own a Nokia 3315 and Idea has recently started value added services allowing downloads of Logos, Pictures and Ring tones. Their service centres are prompt and helpful, network clogging is minimal (usually I never receive a network busy error), and their website is also well-maintained and updated.

Considering the fierce competition in the mobile segment, all operators are offering lot of bells and whistles, and Idea is no exception. Today, as I am writing this review, I have received an SMS from IDEA saying that it is their birthday today (IDEA is 1 year old!) and as a part of the celebrations outgoing SMS to any mobile is free today! Also till today my incoming calls are free, and I have received Rs.100 worth of talk-time free with my card.

Gimmicks apart, Idea is great value for money, and provides a hassle-free flawless connection for a great experience. The mobile market is expected to grow massively, and operators such as Idea (backed by AT&T, Tata and Birla) are surely a welcome option promising innovations for a better life.
