I have recently ported(8143812434) to idea by getting attracted to the promotions .But the satisfaction did not last much .2 days after porting, I was using the 50 MB free data which was a gift offer for newly ported customers. I was browsing my social networking sites meanwhile I got two messages at the same time which was regarding the balance deductions of Rs.80. I've called the customer service regarding the case .They give me fake reasons that I've downloaded data from a website .
I've heard or came to know about the websites for the very first time. Even if I download something, it should be deducted from the internet balance but the internet balance remained the same. And I am not even an illiterate to unknowingly download something. The customer care executives are also not worried about customers, not even worried about their reputation . I've 5 members in my family using idea as their primary numbers .
