Service of Idea cellular is disgusting. Undoubtedly it excels in poor service, Idea is one of the major competitors with Reliance when it comes to giving service.
They will deduct money, not activate and then will direct us to ridiculous customer care executives who are not happy doing what they are doing and they simply graduate in mucking up a customers day royally.
If you are dealing with idea, please please be careful of the people who come across to you for help.
