Recently I was out of town so I dint have wifi and had to use data pack so I recharged my idea card with 1 gb of internet after 10 days my data pack was over I did not receive any low balance message.
So I kept surfing my net while browsing I suddenly got a message saying balance zero then when I checked my balance it was showing data balance 0mb and even my main balance was 0rs where as actually there were about 150rs.
So I called the customer service number and asked them what actually hapend so they informed me that my net balance was over and kept on using net so they deducted the money from main balance so when I told them that I did not receive any warning about low data balance so they said me that they happend to give a warning but to tell you gys I really did not receive any warning.
