All idea user you must me used to of these words "the number you trying is not reachable please try after some time" it seems like we have any crime to buy idea network they are giving us punishment and the customer care service is worst they take 3-4 days for only sim change they charge for these too. and if topic comes to port they only says we are not getting answer from head office. and if you are using postpaid sim the service become worst and when the topic comes on billing they are even ready to come on door step to collect bills
