Well, I am very upset with Idea mobile operator for its poor networking facility it provides to its customer.Once I was also its customer as I like trying new yhings but recently I left it for its dull service facility.Till now it is clearly marked in my memory that I rarely got high speed from this operator. This is not only my problem, but all my locality's problem and this really needs improvement. And rest services of Idea are acceptible but in case of networking, it really needs improvement. Its customer service is to an verage and somewhat acceptable. I also have no Queries regarding its charges and billings.If some what needs my support regarding using this network, than I would not prefer it, I know that opinion difers from person to person and this is all y personal opinion.
