I am using idea network for past 2years.Its been an awful experience. The quality of network is poor, majorily resulting in call drops frequently and poor customer service. Not an competitor in Mumbai city.However idea has good customer base in rural areas offering great plans and network.
Considering the overall experience I would not recommended it for all masses.
After all everbody network provider has customers base experiencing bad betwork.
Overall its ok to be on idea.
