Would just like to put a +ve review for a change. This is abt the IDEA cellular service. Product wise, I wouldn't say exceptional, it has its own set of problems like all the other cellular services. As far as coverage and all goes, I did not have problems, not that I travel a lot but never had an issue.
However, for me, customer service really matters a lot. IDEA in that case has always been very responsive and helpful. On phone, there is no endless waiting and on email a quick response. With all this, problems are resolved as well.
Hence, as far as customer service for all issues are good, I am happy.
