Idea have very bad network coverage, Very high call drop rate. and Very poor customer service. They even charge the call made to the customer care. You can imagine the customer focus from this. They bug you with unwanted call and smses. The worst part is they automatically deduct amount from your balance for a contest without your consent. When you call at the customer care they are not able to understand the simple problem. The customer care disconnect the phone while you are explaining your problem to them. They can surprise you with offering worst.
I will never recommend Idea to anyone.
