I was using idea sim card but not now because I faced many problem that all I will tell you here, well idea has good coverage network and good service and customer care support.but the thing is I face problem like when I call someone call get dropped in between and network goes away sometimes.
And many issue I faced I activated caller tune for month and after one month I deacivated it, but then after they deducating my balance every month.i called customer care they also not helpful for me, they saying you had activated some service thats why its happening I saud I deactivated that, and also said if there is any service stop all.
But after that complain also it didnt work for me at last I have throw that sim and switch to airtel.Idea need to improve there quality its so disappointed.worst thing I every faced.
