HI guys the network coverage of this Network Service( IDEA) is very poor and bad. Its very difficult to talk and Internet surfing service. once I had used it with my old sim card of idea when it is very slow web browsing. And still i'm seeing this very slow internet connection in our Area. many people port this sim into Jio and they are very happy to port. because they used jio free . The customer service of the idea network is very bad experience they were too busy and very tired person I think.
The charge and bill is good but the slow network problem is very bad for that.
