N !dea cn Bang ur life. Review on Idea Mobile Operator

Hi All,

I m a regular idea subscriber from the past 6 mnths in delhi.When I arrived here from haryana..i juz noticed abt

Delhi cellular operators jus doin tadga business upto limits whether its Hutch,AirTel or Idea.Its really makes me disappointed when I saw roamin charges+1.50 rs sms+normal call rates.Living in haryana makes it eazy..wid cellular providers....

Anywayz Delhi...Rajdhani and abv all a metro city.So I thinked twice or thrice for choosin a good service provider which offers good responce to customers.Since I was nt workin that time I also want better call rates...And finally choosen Idea Supervalue card @RS 350 which includes 200 talktime + Rs 50 bonus on every rcharge of 330+ for nxt 6 mnths.

Time beetaa...Things were goin ok wid idea.But sorry the customer care service was far 4m satisfaction.Need 2 redial 50 times atleast 4 gettin connected to customer executives.

One day I gt a phone call.''Dear customer we r pleased 2 inform u that u r one of our lucky customers to get our nu postpaid connection which includes 3 dayz+2 nights holiday package in 5 hotspots+a reebok idea goodie bag+a 32k sim in which u 'll get Rs 299 talktime free wid 299 rent ! congrats..besides idea@idea calls and sms will b charged @50p..rest everythin calls sms...1.50p....!!!!''

I went crazy.got that sim under govt scheme in which roamin charges and clip charges were waived off tooo + 50 sms free every month. + 299 free talktime as they told.voila !

After 10 dayz I got bill worth Rs 533.16..!!!!! ?? .They were nt givin sms free and also nt the free talktime.Charged each and every thin in 10 dayz. I contacted customer care.They told.''Sir ! Rent of Rs 299 will be charged in advance..Then ur billin cycle starts.Ur scheme will b activated from now''

Ok ! chalo I agreed.

The gift voucher includin holiday packages were nt so impressive.Terms and conditions included 600 rs VAT everyday + hotels were chargin for normal usage of Geyser,AC and even TELEVISION....Disgustin !

Koi baat nahi ! I managed...

Next mnth I gt bill worth Rs 507.89p.They gave 299 talktime free but ONLY 4 LOCAL CALLS.They also deducted 30 Rs as sms rates for previous month ( I mean 10 days) and then after NO SMS WERE GIVEN FREE.+Taxes+advance rent=507 Rs.

That ws real Bull***t. I tried to contact their customer care again and again and... buzy..buzy ..buzy.....

I throw my sim card away..and filed a case in consumer court Delhi.

They accepted within 10 dayz.Only 299 were refunded.

Now I m usin my old idea number..thank god 1 mnth was left b4 its expiry :l

NEVER GO FOR IDEA POSTPAID....IT REALLY DISAPPOINTS UR LIFE...
