No coverage and customer care providing wrong info
I registered a complain for poor network connectivity how ever I received a call from cc saying the problem will be resolved in due course of time but still was not able to specify the time limit which idea cellular would take and I was confirmed that my complain would be active till it is resolved.unfortunately, my surprise I got a sms immediately saying that my problem is resolved. I should say this is cheating the customer by giving wrong info so I called cc again on the same day some senior executive says me that this the maximum we can do so as postpaid customer I have to suffer for which I am paying.
Poor show I would request again that my problem may please be looked in too.
