I am getting abusive calls from your idea customer care. And they want to talk to some "Satpathy Acharya" and his idea number for which we are getting threatening is 9990676748 . They are asking to pay bill.
If I dont know this guy then why this unnecessary calls are coming in my number, and why should I pay the bill. When I talked to customer care, they useless guy (Nupur, so called supervisor) dont even listen to customers. Infact they are busy gossiping with each other, pathetic customer care!
I also called their nodal officer but it seems that he is so busy that he has appointed a secretary to take the call. And I must say that she is also an idiot, without listening the problem she disconnected the call.
Please help me or else I will have to approach police for the threaten I am getting.They say that may be this number belongs to any of your relative then please let me know if you people dont even verify the number given by the customers or this is the new technique which you are following to make money. All idiots are hired by idea.
