I had ordered Idea E303ds1 Netsetter from shopclues.com on 1st jan 2016 and it got delivered on 7th jan 2016. That product is having 6 months manufacturing warranty. when I started using it then it was not connecting properly. It connects & disconnects automatically after 15 -20 minutes & when I asked shopclues about that problem they advised me to contact customer support of idea.
Till date I had filed 3 complains with idea reference number 1657894, 1745897 & 2145785 but still no resolution. they are just committing that we had escalated your request to the concerned department & get back to you within 24 hrs. I am really fed up of this worst service of idea.
