Idea mobile operator is a part of aditya birla group.but we can't trust through its name only.idea network is good in urban area but in rural areas the network is too pathetic.no constant signals, no retail store of its product.alway we have prefer online recharge.
The network quality is average in urban areas but worst.customes of rural area complained about the network issue to its service agent but there is no response atall.
Customer service provided by idea is a cheap kind of facility.we have to wait for a long time to talk to the customer executive.and the solution given by the executive is resultless.
Compare to other telecom sectors the charges and billing of idea is a mid type.not more cheap or not more expensive.but some facilities given by idea is great compare to other telecom sectors.
