I own a mobile shop and have been associated with idea for over 5 yrs......... few days back a regular customer of mine came to me and he wanted to have a plan for having maximum calling to idea nos. I told him Plan 275 in which there are 5000 local I to I minutes free and rest of the calls are charged at 50 paise/ minute.
He trusted me and bought the connection. I got my commisssion and everything was fine for few days until.......... my customer told me about the stupid system that Idea have at their place.....
His outgoing was barred because he had reached his credit limit of rs 1500 and all he had done was I to I calls..... on inquiring through customer care we got to know that even I to I minutes are considered as regular minutes and are discounted only at the time of bill generation..
How stupid is that............... it simply means that 5000 I to I min will be firstly charged at .50/min amounting to rs 2500 and will be discounted later... Now will somebody at idea care to tell how one can use those minutes with Rs 1500 credit limit including monthly rent of rs 275.
And on top of it all the customer was told by the C C to deposit some amount to his A/C if he wants to enjoy his services................... how shame full is that............... customer felt cheated and I felt very embarrassed.................... Pls do take care while taking any postpaid connection and never trust Idea.
