Hello friends my name is Rakesh and I live in Rajasthan. I am using Idea number and from last 3 days I called at least 10 times to lodge a complete regarding problem in my balance, Dailly rs5 deducted from my balance. I called Idea Customer Care on 198 so many times but it always s as u network busy. When we need customer care it always say network busy.
Idea is cheater bad because-( 1) 3G 4G network not available in my area
( 2) customer care service always busy. ( 3) dialler tone offers are activated automatically.
So please do not use Idea cellular if you want good service. Thanks
