Idea is **well known** for its Advertisements(IIN) and also for it's good Network. **Idea is a mobile operator** which provides **good Network** to it’s Customers. Idea’s Service is overall good. I’m **Currently using Idea** Network and I found it better than Airtel. Network of idea is good as well as customer care service of Idea is working well. Idea is Still providing **3G** Services but other Mobile operators are now start proving **4G** services. Idea provides best Plans and offers to their customers.
*Idea Network and Data Packs:* Idea’s Network is very good in allover are but last month I was at Shimal and there Idea’s **Network was very poor**. Idea’s Internet Data Packs are also. 1GB data pack is of Rs. 250- 300. Last month Idea gives me an offer in with got 3.5 GB 3G Data in just Rs. 597
*Call Rates:-* Call rates are very good in Idea. Idea to Idea local calls are very cheap and STD calls are **also very cheap**. Idea is providing **best Top Up offers** to customers. I use to recharge my number with Rs. 100, 250 etc because I always get full balance when I recharge with these packs.
As I have mentioned above that the Idea’s Network was not good at Shimla. Idea have to **improve** network Condition at **Hilly Region**.
