As per their advertisements and promises the company claims to provide very good network coverage and high speed internet but it is not true because the internet doesn't gives good speed and the network coverage is also very bad. calls don't connect properly and sometimes disconnect suddenly. when I called the customer service, I was said to remain on hold till the call was getting transfered, but I kept on hold for a long time but my call was not answered. poor service.
